Maurice Clement Maughan, Chairman and Director

Maurice was appointed Director of QCS in August 2015, and is also a Director of Mackay Sugar Ltd. Previously Maurice became a Director of Mossman Mill on 9 November 2007. In 2006, he retired as a partner after 31 years with international accounting firm KPMG. Maurice provided advice to a number of companies, including those in the Queensland sugar industry. He has extensive business experience as a result of his time with KPMG and remains actively involved as a director or advisor to several companies.

Mark Sage, Director

Mark was appointed to the QCS Board in December 2015. He has over 25 years' management experience in a public company environment, with an extensive background in international business development, particularly within the retail and commodity markets in the Asian, Middle East and Pacific regions. His recent senior roles include Managing Director International at Goodman Fielder Group, Human Resources Director at Goodman Fielder Limited, and Export Manager Building Materials at CSR Limited. Mark is a director of Paradise Foods Ltd, and has previously held board positions with Queensland Sugar Limited, Emerald Agribusiness Ltd, Philp Brodie Grains Pty Ltd, SVH Investments Pty Ltd, PT Sinar Meadow International Indonesia, Goodman Fielder (China) Co Ltd, Goody Foods (Taiwan) and Goodman Fielder International (PNG) Ltd.

Lee Blackburn, Director

Lee was appointed to the Board of QCS in December 2016. He has been a grower for 20 years and has been managing the family farm and harvesting business since 2002. Lee is a Director of Mackay Area Productivity Services, a former Director of Mackay Canegrowers Limited and former member of the Canegrowers Mackay Area Committee.
